Diploma in Computer Applications

Program Objectives:

Program Duration:

Learning Outcomes
On successful completion of the DCA program, the candidate shall be able to develop skills and competencies in the following:
Evaluation and Certification
On completion of all modules, the successful candidates shall be awarded “Diploma in Computer Applications” by Pivot Edu Unit CSC Academy.
After learning and practice under each module, the student is required to appear for an online proctored test. Candidates who get 40% in each module are considered as Pass for the said program module.
Dual Certification Advantage:
1. The program offers dual certification opportunity for the student. Under this students who successfully complete specific program modules shall be eligible for individual module certification.
2. The “Basic course in Information Technology” (BCIT) module certificate is jointly awarded by CSC Academy & Indian School of Business, Hyderabad (ISB).
3. Other modules based on programming and Open Source Software module certificate is jointly awarded by CSC Academy and Spoken Tutorial (IIT Bombay) under Open Source Software initiative of Ministry of Education, Government of India. All professional modules are approved by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) Government of India under FDP (Faculty Development Program).

To be eligible for admission to the Diploma in Computer Application program, students must have completed their 10+2 in any stream from a recognized board. Students with a background in science or mathematics will be preferred.
